The Well Rounded Mama The following site is a blog put together by a woman who has had a C-Section , and a VBAC ( vaginal birth after C-Section)  and she is also a "well rounded mama". The site has a lot of information for women who are heavy set. Why is this needed? It is needed because your health care provider may have a bias towards heavy set women and thus will automatically suggest a C-Section.
